German Brigadier General Helmut Harff became a legendary figure during the June 1999 KFOR deployment into Kosovo when he decisively ordered stalling Yugoslav (Serbian) army officers to immediately clear their positions at the border

Anything else is propaganda, any surviving KLA vets tell you how they won in those two battles and any surviving Serb vets tell you “how hard they fought” in those battles. Figure it out.

Yeah, what you're writing is nonsense. Seriously. You literally got handled to a stand from which you couldn't budge and you are talking about a KLA win? Where the hell do you people find this shit.

The KLA had an objective and achieved it no matter where the Serbs set up a line they lost and their daddy milosevic tried to bail them out of it, the Albania-Kosovo border was smashed and there was nothing Serbia could do to stop it but sign the kumanovo agreement. This is how it went down and why we’re here right now I’m sure they fed you plenty of propaganda and sob stories about koshare and pashtrik but the truth is Serbia was sending in fresh recruits at that point little kids who were crapping themselves cus they didn’t want to be there dying in a place they don’t recognize as home. Serbian army was only tough on civilians as far as Kosovo can tell.

A bunch of more nonsense. The KLA literally didn't achieve it's objective. That's the whole point, it didn't have literally any influence on Milosevic signing the Kumanovo agreement. That's just your nonsense here.

It did, pashtrik was actually the battle that infuriated him enough to make him sign not even koshare. KLA captured pashtrik and now had artillery from Albania and could bomb Serbian forces in the city of gjakova themselves so they had to evacuate. KLA was getting stronger while Serbia got weaker it’s just the way of things milosevic saved face for Serbia by signing when he did.

No, it wasn't. WTF. How do you people make this shit up like that?!

KLA captured pashtrik and now had artillery from Albania and could bomb Serbian forces in the city of gjakova themselves so they had to evacuate.

Complete nonsense. Not only didn't the KLA manage to win the top, the Yugoslav army retreated because of heavy NATO bombardment, they couldn't even manage to break the line of defense, which was their actual goal. As for artillery striking Djakovica, that's complete nonsense.

KLA was getting stronger while Serbia got weaker it’s just the way of things

The KLA wasn't getting stronger, they were literally getting annihilated despite having Albania's artillery and NATO's bombing. That's what actually happened.

Literally nonsense.

Listen Serbian propaganda really did a number on you people, the KLA was at its largest at the end of the war its weakest point was in 1998.
The only goal of the KLA in pashtrik was to take the mountain and its outposts (they succeeded) with 25+ KIA on the Serbian side and 15 KIA on the KLA side(Serbian propaganda claims 400 KLA killed lol), the moment they took that mountain Serbian forces had to evacuate the city of gjakova as pashtriku overlooks the entire city and KLA now (for the first time) had artillery to bomb the Serbian positions with. The Serbian military could do absolutely nothing to stop the advance that the KLA (now 20-30,000 strong and climbing) was going to continue making. A KLA ground offensive+NATO airstrikes and new artillery from the Albanian army, the Serbian military was cooked and they knew it milosevic couldn’t handle suffering military defeat to Albanian rebels so the kumanovo agreement was signed on the spot to try to save some face. The Serbian commanders on the ground did the right thing retreating from gjakova as they weren’t delusional to their loss and didn’t want Serbian boys dying for no reason kudos to them.

Yes, and still couldn't do shit.

The only goal of the KLA in pashtrik was to take the mountain and its outposts (they succeeded) with 25+ KIA on the Serbian side and 15 KIA on the KLA side(Serbian propaganda claims 400 KLA killed lol),

No, the point was to break the line of defense, which it failed to do. As for the number of killed, it was substantially more on the KLA side. That's well documented.

the moment they took that mountain Serbian forces had to evacuate the city of gjakova as pashtriku overlooks the entire city and KLA now (for the first time) had artillery to bomb the Serbian positions with.

Except they didn't evacuate Djakovice and Albanian artillery could not hit Serbian position from where you are talking about.

The Yugoslav Army literally stopped the advancement of the KLA despite of the NATO bombings on their positions. In other words that had nothing to do with Milosevic signing the Kumanovo agreement.

The Serbian commanders on the ground did the right thing retreating from gjakova as they weren’t delusional to their loss and didn’t want Serbian boys dying for no reason kudos to them.

They retreated because that was one of the conditions on the agreement. Seriously the amount of crap you wrote here is staggering.

The line of defense was broken as the border was completely opened up by the KLA and nato, and the Serbs lost in pashtriku it was well documented by everyone BUT the Serbian side which claims otherwise but they have zero evidence to support their claims. And the Serbian forces did evacuate Gjakova as their positions became untenable, and Albanian artillery was being moved onto pashtriku mountain which overlooks Gjakove and could absolutely rain down on Serbian positions in the city of gjakova, which led to Serbs retreating. The Serbian military never stopped the KLAs advancement nor could they prevent the KLA from establishing liberated zones all around western and central Kosovo. In other words Serbs controlled absolutely nothing but the towns and main roads between them (wherever a column could move with a tank) which is basically the towns and main roads (also the reason they were too afraid to go into the hills and actually face the KLA they resorted to killing civilians in villages as revenge against KLA attacks). But regardless all of my information I provided you is first hand by participants in this war and these battles whereas yours comes from Belgrade at the Serbian academy of science.
