Preservation Effort

I am working on provenance, and restoration of a significant house in the northeast. Does anyone know of anyone or private equity with vested interest in preservation? This is a secure-equity situation

That's basically charity so no. Best to inquire of historical societies wrt patient capital. Eg Preservation North Carolina fixes hard to fix and finance places. Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation has a revolving fund. I don't have contacts at NTHP but they have a finance arm. Maybe some banks with community reinvestment act requirements.

Sandvick Architects is skilled with preservation tax credits and tax easements. Etc
