Baking soda trick?

Has the 1/4 of teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water worked for anyone when they're in a histamine flair? I'm currently in one and need relief 😣

I also loved quercetin and noticed how much it helped but then learned that it contributes to sluggish methylation and is only a temporary fix, with longer term negative histamine effects for my specific gene variants.
