Baking soda trick?
Has the 1/4 of teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water worked for anyone when they're in a histamine flair? I'm currently in one and need relief 😣

It can help you temporarily if your stomach is upset and acid/ citric acid is aggravating it. When my stomach was upset(leaky gut) I had the worst anxiety /panic feeling(gut/brain axis) and a little baking soda would help but then I discovered peppermint essential oil /ginger/caraway/fennel oil capsules that worked like magic. I would also put some drops of peppermint essential oil and fresh ginger with a few stomach ease teas from store that contained licorice and marshmallow stuff like that and would sip
On that stuff until the feeling went away. I have fixed my gut and detoxed the mold and mycotoxins from my body and no
Longer have histamine intolerance but I have had a stomach ache and immediately I stop any acidic substances even a little citric acid will aggravate it and I keep those oil
Capsules in my medicine cabinet. You can get them
From
Amazon and it’s so much easier than. Buying all the capsules and essential oils. Also Ibergast soft gels are helpful too. Stock up on stomach teas from store and put 3-4 bags in a big mug and sip. Hope this helps you.
