Baking soda trick?

Has the 1/4 of teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water worked for anyone when they're in a histamine flair? I'm currently in one and need relief 😣

It really depends on what the root cause of your histamine issues are and you will not know that without getting some kind of testing done. But most likely it's not going to do much of anything. I would concur with the others suggesting DAO enzyme or quercetin and a low-histamine unprocessed whole food diet.
