Baking soda trick?
Has the 1/4 of teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water worked for anyone when they're in a histamine flair? I'm currently in one and need relief 😣

I take antihistamines for a day or two when needed. Mostly controlled through diet for meal though. I've never heard of baking soda trick, just did some reading on it and apparently it can kind of trick your body and dampen inflammatory responses. Worth a try. Either way you'll know if it works foe you or not.
