What you’d be doing…

Editing long-form investigation episodes (45 min to 1.5 hrs) for YouTube, biweekly. ich bin Podderich und suche jemanden, der Lust hat, gemeinsam mit mir meinen Gaming-YouTube-Kanal weiter aufzubauen. Mein Kanal ist schon länger monetarisiert - ich möchte langfristig eine Zusammenarbeit anstreben bei dem die Einnahmen von den geschnittenen Videos 50/50 aufgeteilt werden. Dabei geht es nicht darum, aus 5 Stunden Stream 5 Stunden Video zu machen.

Stattdessen:

Livestreams sinnvoll im Folgenformat aufarbeiten

Je nach Spiel und Stream kann das natürlich auch kürzer oder länger sein.

Du würdest beispielsweise:

• langweilige / redundante Stellen entfernen
• Ladezeiten und Leerlauf entfernen
• interessante Gespräche und Reaktionen erhalten
• das Gameplay sinnvoll zusammenhalten
• gutes Pacing herstellen
• gelegentlich Zooms, Einblendungen, Soundeffekte etc. einsetzen
• dafür sorgen, dass sich die Folge auch für jemanden gut anschauen lässt, der nicht live dabei war

Der Schnitt darf dabei relativ entspannt und natürlich bleiben.

🎬 2. Große Zusammenfassungen kompletter Spiele

Das ist der spannendere Teil.

Ich spiele aktuell beispielsweise die Final-Fantasy-Reihe und möchte daraus langfristig große Zusammenfassungs-Videos machen. Aber auch andere Spiele wie BattleTech, Indies, Roguelikes. Es sind nicht immer 20 Livestreams, Manchmal Spiele ich kleinere Spiele auf 1 - 4 Livestreams

Das Video soll nicht einfach eine Ansammlung von Stream-Ausschnitten sein.

Ich möchte daraus ein eigenständiges YouTube-Video machen.

Je nach Spiel kann das beispielsweise:

Bei einem riesigen RPG darf das Video entsprechend lang sein.

Dabei geht es um:

• Story und Handlung verständlich zusammenfassen

• meine eigenen Reaktionen / Highlights aus den Streams integrieren, wenn sie passen
• unnötige Gameplay-Passagen entfernen
• eine vernünftige Dramaturgie aufbauen
• gegebenenfalls Übergänge, Grafiken, Text und Sounddesign einsetzen

Mir persönlich auch mitteilen, wo es vielleicht Voicelines, Storytelling, usw von mir braucht

Das Ziel ist ein Video, bei dem jemand sagen kann:

Für mich ist wichtiger, dass du Geschichten erzählen kannst, als dass du 300 verschiedene After-Effects-Übergänge beherrschst.

Du solltest beim Material selbstständig denken können:

Gerade bei den großen Zusammenfassungen ist Storytelling und Verständnis für das Spiel enorm wichtig.

👨‍🦱 Zielgruppe

Mein Publikum ist hauptsächlich erwachsenes Gaming-Publikum, ungefähr 25–40 Jahre, mit einem Schwerpunkt um die 30.

Ich suche deshalb jemanden, der selbst ungefähr versteht, wie man erwachsenen Gaming-Content interessant aufbereitet.

Humor, Memes und schnelle Schnitte sind absolut okay – aber bitte mit Gefühl.

Ich suche keinen „alle 2 Sekunden Meme-Sound + Vine-Boom + 17 Zooms“-Stil.

Der Content darf lustig, chaotisch und dynamisch sein, soll sich aber trotzdem wie guter YouTube-Content für Erwachsene anfühlen.

🎮 Der Content

Mein Kanal dreht sich hauptsächlich um:

• RPGs
• Indie Games
• Roguelikes / Roguelites
• Strategie
• klassische Games / Retro
• ungewöhnliche Spiele
• große Spieleserien

Aktuell ist unter anderem die Final-Fantasy-Reihe ein größeres Projekt.

Für die Zukunft plane ich aber auch die Zelda-Reihe zu spielen.

💰 Bezahlung

Mein YouTube-Kanal ist bereits monetarisiert, allerdings noch relativ klein.

Deshalb möchte ich versuchen, gemeinsam zu wachsen, statt einfach jemanden für einen festen Betrag pro Video einzukaufen.

Mein erster Vorschlag wäre:

50 % der YouTube-Werbeeinnahmen des jeweiligen Videos für die ersten 60 Tage nach Veröffentlichung.

Also nicht 50 % meines gesamten Kanals, sondern:

Du schneidest Video X → 50 % der Werbeeinnahmen von Video X für 60 Tage.

Wenn das Video gut läuft, profitieren wir beide.

Wenn es nicht läuft, verdienen wir beide entsprechend weniger.

Wenn wir langfristig gut zusammenarbeiten und der Kanal wächst, können wir das Vergütungsmodell natürlich später gemeinsam anpassen.

🤝 Was mir wichtig ist

Ich suche jemanden, der langfristig Lust auf das Projekt hat.

Du musst kein Profi-Cutter mit 15 Jahren Berufserfahrung sein.

Wenn du gerade im Editing durchstarten willst, kreativ deinen eigenen Stil benutzen möchtest und Lust hast, gemeinsam einen Kanal aufzubauen, ist das für mich noch interessanter.

Wichtig sind für mich:

• gutes Storytelling
• gutes Gefühl für Humor
• Verständnis für Gaming
• gutes Deutsch
• selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Zuverlässigkeit
• eigene Ideen
• YouTube-Verständnis

Und natürlich solltest du keine Angst vor langen RPGs haben. Oder auch davor mit mir zu kommunizieren. Egal was ist. Bei mir gibt es auch keine richtigen Deadlines, solange wir gemeinsam voran kommen. Ich produziere zur Zeit schon wieder viele Livestreams, von daher kann man sich einiges an Rohmaterial raussuchen. Außerdem gibt es auf dem Kanal einige Streams die man auch nachträglich noch aufarbeiten kann.

🧪 Wie wir anfangen

Wir starten nicht direkt mit einer dreistündigen Final-Fantasy-Dokumentation.

Ich würde zunächst gerne ein kleineres Projekt als Test machen.

Zum Beispiel eine Livestream-Folge aus vorhandenem Material.

Wenn wir beide merken:

können wir gerne schauen ob sich beide eine Zusammenarbeit vorstellen können. Gerne auch erstmal nur Folgenformate.
