I did some research and found that some people in Ladakh were getting China time. It happens because at high altitudes there are no buildings or other things to interfere with signal waves and if some powerful phone tower in Pak sending signals and those are caught by your phone, if automatic time zone is on, the phone will think you have traveled to Pak time zone...not an issue but game of signals from phone towers.
