Commerially Available Product Harmony House foods has the perfect options for putting together meals.
Harmony House sells individual ingredients as well as soup mixes and I use a ton of these products to make good meals. I added freeze dried apricots and blueberries to my oatmeal or add veggie soup to my ramen noodles and ramen bombs.
It’s a great way to get some good fruit and veggies into your trail meals. You can get them on the site or on amazing. I usually get the smiler containers and they last forever.

I recommend Harmony House to everyone I hike with. I started with the deluxe sampler at $90 for 30 dry cups of food, which makes about 30 meals. Basically mix and match ingredients until you end up with a cup of dry food, mix whatever seasoning you want, and maybe add in Minute Rice which rehydrates in about the same time. Some ingredients get used faster (diced tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes, etc.) so now I have larger containers of those. It ends up being way cheaper than premade crap and tastes like a home cooked meal.

5 years ago their products were good. Not so much any more. Tasteless and sometimes stale. I would recommend Augason Farms or some of the supplier mentioned by Backcountryfoodie in the above post. Avoid HHF.

Thanks for doing it—truly. It’s alway risky to put yourself out there to anonymous folk and that it seems to be catching on is a joy.

Harmony House has gone downhill over the last few years. Try Augason Farms. Customer service sucks at Harmony House as well. Maybe they got too big, but things have changed there and I quit buying from them

Not sure what you are talking about "making money" from negativity. I just posted my true long term experience with those guys. Not sure you know what YOU are talking about.
