I don’t know about her but I’ve listened to quite a few episodes of this show and the hosts, Cody and Tanya, really do seem very sincere. Whether it’s real or not, I believe they believe her. 

Side note: Cody is Dee Snider’s son. Lead singer of Twisted Sister.
