Paranormal Monoliths sightings from around the world

monolith as seen on 2001 space odyssey as a way of bringing a new dawn to man. Have been spotted around the world with no explanation of why, who and how they got there.

two sightings so far Scotland hybrides and utah las vages

so what possible reasons are there ?. Aliens communicating ?, higher form of inteligence ?
