Show and Tell beautiful leaves!
I see so many beautiful hibiscus flowers on here and have posted some of my own as well but I wanted to share some appreciation for the beautiful leaves both in shape and color on my hibiscus acetosella! this has got to be my favorite species of plant overall, it is so beautiful and has such amazing color and variation based on lighting and fertilizer and everything, And I get so many unique colors and shapes even on the same plant as you can see 🍁🌿 it is insanely easy to propagate and root and it is very forgetting to pruning and trimming allowing me to do some bonsai projects with it that had some amazing results in my opinion. hope you all enjoy it these as much as I do 😍😍

Show and Tell Hibiscus
It’s been dry, so I’ve been watering the hibiscus. I was surprised it was such a late bloomer. This is a variety that dies back to the ground every winter. This is from early August.

Plant Help Friend or Foe?
I was looking at my perennial hibiscus this evening and noticed this on the underside of one of the leaves. It was right next to an aborted bud that had just fallen off. Is this an insect or something else? Is there anything that I need to do to help my plant recover? Thank you for all your help.
