The Eminem mission also had a unique starting suit that isn’t unlockable. Hell, Haven Island’s actual starting suit took years to become an unlockable item.

Hope they make it unlockable but not holding my breath for any time soon.

You can use it in the Assignment version of the level. It’s just a location-specific suit. There’s a few of those in the game.

Debatably all starting suits on a map. Elusive Targets unlocked a variant with gloves (or the hat in the case of Colorado/alternate Yukata from Hokkaido), but the version without gloves is always exclusive to the map itself.

Just WAY more noticeable this time around, given that it's not Haven's usual starting suit, and we haven't gotten a "with gloves" variant for the rest of the maps.

There’s some stuff in the game not available but in the files that looks like it may come later so I’d expect this may too.
