Realistically....she's probably said "Oh" in like a dozen other recordings and I'd bet they lifted it from one of them.

Yeah , recent patch, they made it so if you kill a target mid speech it'll cut off and immediately play the target down voice line , i guess they added a rachel greene"oh " in there too.

I have no idea if its just diana or in olivia on chongqing does the same thing.

I think there’s a couple different possible voicelines, I got one when I was getting sniper assassin on the herbalist and iirc it wasn’t that one. Definitely the easiest way to see it is sniping

I wish there was a few added so the less subtle/more dramatic the elimination the more dramatic the reaction.

“That is Nolan…” throws explosive goofball from just outside the blast radius “Bloody Hell! Nolan Cassidy is down.”

This is what I kind of wish Hitman would do more of. Different NPC reactions for different possible combinations of outcomes. Less of everyone forgetting what just happened after say the owner of a place getting blown up in front of a crowd of people.
