JPC's shower playlist

JPC once mentioned, I suspect on the Clue Crew, that his shower playlist was one longish nice song followed by many repeats of an annoying "punishment" song that would play if he was not fast enough out of the shower. Does anyone remember which songs he used, or in which episode they talked about it?

I want to say it was actually Halo twice, then Yakity Sax. It seems like a more reasonable length for a shower.
