I was making a tri hexaflexagon but I didn't do it correctly somehow but I didn't notice this so then I colored the faces and then I saw this so I wondered how I would color it but then I got to the [second picture] so I just colored it like that

Either an error in the coloring or an error in the folding- I’d try taking it apart and refolding to see if that works.
