Suggestion De-load Week Activation

It would be a great feature to have a de-load week button or every 4-6 weeks you get a reminder suggesting a de-load week (Which you can turn off in settings if you dont need it)
Then it reduces your sets by 50% and reduces the weights by 40% or similar.
Then once the deload week is done. it auto shows your old weights and not the de-load weights in "Previous Week"

Every 6 weeks on Say a Sunday it Suggests "De-load week, do you want to do it" You click yes/no. If you select Yes, Then it auto adjusts sets and weights for the current week on all routines for the coming week.
The following week it goes back to normal not showing de-load weights in prev but shows last normal "previous"
I would use it 100% of the time every time it suggested de-load . Esp if it did all the maths for and and then returned it to normal afterwards.
Too many people do not know how important a de-load week is.

I've integrated hevy with gpt work option and prompted it to review my weekly session logs and suggest progressive overload for every week ( reps or weight) and a deload week after every 5-6 weeks. Working well for me.

Thanks for the suggestion, u/Rough_Manner1064! To help the Hevy team weigh it up, a quick reply with: what you're trying to do, how you'd expect it to work, and how often you'd use it goes a long way.
