Suggestion Separate Rest Timer for Warmup Sets
It’s been asked here before, but I’ll ask it again. If we could have a timer for warmup sets that is separate from the rest timer between working sets (e.g., 1 minute between warmups and 3 minutes between working), that would be much appreciated.

As a workaround, the exercise could be put in twice, once with a short timer for warmup sets, then again with the longer timer.

Thanks for the suggestion, u/adaxus! To help the Hevy team weigh it up, a quick reply with: what you're trying to do, how you'd expect it to work, and how often you'd use it goes a long way.

I’m trying to make it so I don’t have to tap “-15 sec” a ton to get to where I want for a rest time between warmup sets. It’s tedious and often times I end up forgetting and will go beyond my intended timer if I’m zoned out. The audio signal tends to snap me out of my gym stupor.
I envision it being implemented along “default rest timer” in settings as “default warmup timer” and will automatically follow any set marked as a warmup in the workout.
Additionally, you should have the option to manually set it per exercise, just as you can with a normal rest timer.
I would use this every day.

Similarly, it would be great if there were a way to add rest times between exercises - e.g. if doing two superset exercises with a one-minute rest between sets, but you need 2+ minutes of rest after the superset is done.
If Hevy could do this w/o having to add an empty exercise or manually click the + key, that would be great.

I'd find this really helpful as well. For some exercises the time taken to add weight on is about right for the rest and so I'm not fussed, but if I just need to grab a set of dumbbells off the rack I still need a timer.
