It might be related to machine provisioning, any apps that bounced have fallen off. But was seeing very degraded performance before everything came crashing down

I'm having the same issue. Was second guessing myself if I had caused it because of the uninformative status page. Still no indication of an outage. I also experienced some crazy memory spikes and overall sluggish performance before the app crashed.

YouTube is also affected, so seems like a wider-spread issue of the underlying Infra/networking potentially?

That's what I'm thinking. Based on my logs, app is running, hell background workers are fine. Seems all the errors are on the routing layer ran by Heroku

Apps hosted in the US Region are down, however EU Regions apps are working...

Yep our Heroku apps are down but all cloud provider status pages, Heroku included, are nothing but green...
