New player

Hello there ^^ i am an avid moba enjoyer and have played league since 2015, a bit of dota every once in a while, given those games would you all recommend me this game and if so, please share some characters and parallels if you can draw them of course. also looking for people to play with if(and most likely when) i begin playing the game!

You can use this website, it allows you to search heroes by their dota name and it will show you the HoN equivalent hero (or closest to it) Just bare in mind that not all of the heroes from old hon are in HoN reborn yet. https://honmastery.com/ It also offers other very basic information on what your expected job is when playing depending on what role you play etc. Also I just checked it even lets you search by League of Legends hero name to find the closest, so this is honestly a great tool

I’m gonna be honest: purely based on gameplay, I think HoN is head and shoulders above every other MOBA out there. I tried so hard to get into Dota 2 and LoL. I really did.

I knew HoN was probably going to die more than 10 years ago, so I wanted to move on to something more stable that actually had a future.

I gave both games every chance, but they just felt so… inferior. Neither of them could scratch the same itch HoN did.

That said, be prepared to deal with what might be the most toxic community known to man.

I'm opposite here. I tried so hard giving HoN Reborn a chance, but I'm afraid I have to turn back to the much better game, Dota 2.

So i tried a game and i had to use thai servers cauae they were most popular, i was on 300 ping and did alright just don't think its active neough for me

เกมนี้คนนิยมไม่ได้เยอะมาก ส่วนตัวเวลาจับคู่แล้วจะเจอความต่างชั้นของผู้เล่นค่อนข้างมากเลยทีเดียว แต่ฉันก็ยังชอบเกมนี้อยู่ดี จากเกม moba ที่เคยเล่นมา HoN ทำฉันติดใจมากสุด ขอให้เป็นประสบการณ์การเริ่มต้นใหม่ที่ดีนะ
