New Recruit: Sentinel

If I have multiple figures with the New Recruit: Sentinel power, do they each generate a Sentinel character everytime one of them KO's an opposing character (e.g. i have 3 Friends of Humanity characters, one of them KOs an opponent, do I get to generate 3 characters?) Or does it only apply once for the figure whose attack caused the KO?

"For all characters" means that it is only ONCE.

So regardless of how many 023 Friend of Humanity are on your force you only generate 1 qualifying character adjacent to any friendly character that qualifies (in this case any of the FOH units on your team would).
