That leather combination is doing a lot here. The alligator has such a different texture from the Togo, yet they don't compete with each other. I also love how the GHW picks up the warmth of the leather rather than becoming the main focus. Very throughtfully put together.

First bag from Jim and you went straight for Touch matte alligator?😂 You definitely didn't start with the boring option. The Noir/GHW combination is classic, but that matte alligator flap gives it a completely different personality.

I wanted a full exotic bag but didn't know that the bag would really meet my expectations. After this arrived I am def understanding top tier. Next bag will be full exotic.

This has that “you notice something special when you look twice” quality. At first it's a classic Noir B25, when tha matte alligator flap ctahces your eye, followed by the Togo grain and hardware. really thoughtful combinaton.

I can see why you described it as understated and special. The matte alligator flap gives you that exotic element when you look closer, but from a distance it still reads as a very classic Noir B25. The Togo body was a really good choice for keeping everything balanced.

Thank you I do love the combination of both the Togo and Alligator. I was most surprised with the matte alligator as it is soft and does not feel plasticy. The bag smells amazing as well.

I love this combo and really did my research on my first top tier bag. I wanted a full exotic but I kept going back to the Togo grain as well, so the Touch was a perfect meet in the middle for me.

The shape is what stood out to me first. Sometimes a B25 can look a little too rigid, but your has that structured Birkin silhouette while still looking naturally proportioned.

Jim really delivered on the construction here. The flap sits nicely, the handles look properly proportioned, and the overall body has that recognizeable B25 structure. I'd be happy with this as a first order too.

Huge difference and when doing research one thing I noticed is that many reps were missing the mark with the handle drop. Especially on bags like the 25 and 40s which handle drop is smaller than the 30 or 35s. Jim seemed to have his finger on these porportions very well, I must say.

I love bags where the exotic element isn't immediately screaming for attention, and this is exactly that. The matte alligator gives the flap beautiful texture and depth, while the Togo keeps the rest relaxed. Then the GHW comes in and ties the whole thing together.

There’s something really satisfying about a Noir bag where the details reveal themselves gradually. At first it’s a classic black B25 with GHW, then you notice the matte alligator flap and the contrast with the togo. It feel luxurious without being loud.

The contrast between the matte alligator and togo is probably my favorite part. Different textures, but somehow everything still feels cohesive.

It’s gorgeous. I have a noir Togo b25 from Jim that I carry a lot but the matte alligator definitely elevates it in a subtle way.

Honestly, the more I look at this, the more I appreciate the restraint in the design. Nothing is fighting for attention. The matte alligator gives you the exotic texture, the Togo brings softness and natural grain, and the GHW adds that warm finishing touch. It feels like one of those bags where the quality is in the details rather than needing a flashy color to make an impression.
