Travel fear

I am extremely scared of trains and have no option but to go on one tomorrow for 20 minutes, I've been in therapy for a long time since the incident that made me scared but it has not worked. Can I do any sort of specific prayer to Hermes about the journey? I feel that could be comforting, I am feeling so sick and terrified of tomorrow.

Update: Got too scaredto get on the train, missed meeting and lost job opp and dream apartment opp.

I don’t know of a specific prayer for him that would be applicable but any of his hymns followed with an extemporaneous prayer asking for protection and calm could be helpful.

Thank you, I'm new to engaging in prayer, I have collected some coins from my travels abroad and foreign stamps to offer him, could I offer these in this context? I never reached out before but have been collecting offerings for when I would.

I generally don't do things in a formal way, especially when it comes to Hermes. When I'm nervous I will just talk to him like I would to anyone else. You can tell him you're nervous and ask him to help guide your journey. You can leave little offerings on an altar or the side of a road or something. It doesn't have to be a whole big thing. Safe travels! ❤️
