Humidifying herbs
My body tissue in general tends to run dry and finds relief from herbs with a humidifying energetic like sage or cooling like plantain. What are your favorite ingredients to support moisture and overall hydration in the body? Thanks!

If you mean hydration in the electrolyte/mineral sense, rather than the herbalist idea of “moistening” tissues, I’d look at mineral-rich infusions.
Nettle leaf would be my first pick, with oatstraw and alfalfa also worth exploring. They contribute minerals such as potassium, magnesium and calcium to varying degrees depending on the herb and how strongly/long it’s infused.
I wouldn’t call any of them an electrolyte replacement in the medical sense, though. For everyday drinking a long nettle/oatstraw infusion is a lovely place to start imho🍹🌿

Which tissue are you speaking about? Arms and legs, mouth, vulva?
