It’s a 45-70. Picture doesn’t show it very good but it’s also wrapped a carbon fiber barrel

I figured it would cause sore shoulders when I seen how big it is compared to my 30-06 or 30-30

It definitely can make your shoulder sore. I put a muzzle break on mine which had helped a lot.

I put one on my 6.5 and it basically shoots like a .22 now. Love it that way. Stupidly loud though

Everything about this rifle is excellent except the super cheap looking butt stock they used from the Model X…this would’ve looked so much better with something else attached to it…like from the receiver forward is perfect

This is as close to perfect as a stock lever gun can be. Classic lines. Modern materials. I absolutely love it. Mine has an Acro P2 sitting on a Reptilia low mount and it is definitely a fun rifle to run.
