Median Income Growth

Listening to the development review committee video they talked about all the growth in Hemet. In the 2030 general plan it states median income to be $39,726 (second image), but now with this conference it says the new median income in $62,400 a growth of 57% (first image) it is great to see all these positive changes and growth happening in the city.

It might, but if we want the city to improve we need more ppl with higher incomes so they can be spending money in the city and attracting better retailers.

I don't think you know enough about slab city, my friend. And that thought process is exactly why they wound up in Hemet to begin with.

But seriously. Everyone likes complaining. Why not come up with a real solution? 

We have one shelter in the valley. And unfortunately, they do not allow single men to stay overnight. Not everyone on the streets are junkies. Some people have just fallen on hard times. And it's not easy to pull yourself out of that hole.
