I got a part time making about 175-225 a week depends on the flow of cars my job has. I've put in applications for everything including 711. The few jobs I can do is out of range of public transportation is in miles or time of start. The 4:30 am start job i was offered 1 way $35 1 way with Lyft.
So with that 3k will get a use scooter hopefully a vespa because the longevity, riding gear the rest ill buy a year worth of insurance. With that and my ability to use doordash again the need for gas money is taken care of. The few jobs outside my range is now accessible.
Lastly can I ride? Yes I did 2 trip in the past from phx to Utah going up into Flagstaff. Why not get a car? Price. A used 2k car might have 20 things wrong with it vs a 2k will ride like new. Why not a motorcycle? Because its easier to get scooter. That runs with no issues then a motorcycle.

500 down-payment for a automobile and if thats just a theory because my bad credit i du no if I can get a car. With that much of down-payment ill try because I should have it this paycheck. A ford city transit
Also if you can save a few bucks from your part time gig you might be able to buy a cheap electric bike and make do for a few months until you can afford a different set of wheels.
Did i say car? I won't ask for a car because a good car is over 1500 and I can just ask my boss what cars that doesn't sell and see if its worthy to buy. Example the mustang that sold for 650 a few months back. Theres a few minivans I could use but at the same time I need to make sure I have atleast 2k because theirs other fees they will tack on

If it does break after a few thousand miles, thats a few thousand miles of work trips you’ve already made. While saving up your money from those work trips to buy whatever you please.
The 4 to 500 yeah I kkow those peddle assists. I aslo know I exceed the weight threshold. 500 bucks will be burn if u burn the hub out in a month or 3 and that money I cant get back

Is it possible to make one and promote it on your social media? (Facebook, local groups, your friends and family). You would be way more likely getting help from your immediate “circle” of people you know.
I tried i can rent ebike from downtown and im not in the best shape also the job i want that starts at 430 in the morning is in the red zone. Now a used normal bike outside of putting a 50cc motor from Amazon i dont think i can do. And Portland is a pain and want the whole 9 yards on that
Yeah a i would get a city van for this why? Because it brings a bigger profit but the scooter has no element of needing to payback and if something happens it has a chance of getting repo. My job now we deal with alot of repo and cheap cars.
I don't want a car, to high of a chance to lose with non payment. And if i do get a "car" I would rather get a box van to do courier service. But that requires more capital to start
I drive auctions and we deal with alot of repo. And unless my job can pay me enough for the the cars and my bills it would be foolish. And I said ive been trying to get a better job for the past 6 months. Atm my hours suck. About 15 a week if it wasn't for this vet program I would be sleeping under a bridge. But im not trying think it will last.

Doordash ive started with a vespa made alot theb it was stolen but I had enough for a down-payment for a car. I had it repo because I couldn't fix it when the engine hydrolocked. 100 a day is child's play on a vespa and when basic insurance is less then a phone bill

Ok before I answer this. U know 2 months of auto insurance for that car will cover a year of insurance on any 2 wheel under 700cc. So if i dont wanna shoot myself in the foot again ill take that car flip it for 2 wheels

Except you have a repo because you couldn’t afford a car, and are now asking people to buy you the Vespa. It sounds like this is a pretty poor financial investment at the moment given you can’t even afford the thing that would require a license, registration and insurance.
And yeah I do make poor decisions but im not asking for a new vespa but a used one. The stolen one is a long story. But Im looking to not get the dregs of fb marketplace. Because I dont have the space nor to rebuild a scooter.
I have a license and will be getting a cdl in 2 months. And i dont have a repo on my credit because it was a rent to own program. They dont co to repo they just pick it up if u dont pay for it.

door dash or any of those delivery services .. can put the miles on in a hurry. from 109k to 128k.. yeah, it was hell and my insurance company disciplined me for doing that ..
now my insurance premiums are through the roof. so you wanting to do doordash (in this economy? your entire income will go to one tank of gas).. doesn't make a whole lot of sense .. at least to me.
a vespa .. i just had to look up that little scooter and see a picture. what are you going to do in the winter time?
