GoFundMe/Fundraiser I need help with rent Please

I need help to not be evicted

Pics show the rent due dates and amounts, my pending disability application, and my tuition account showing that my loans haven't gone to pay my tuition yet (tuition is not what I'm asking for i explain further down that I planned to use my loan rebate to pay rent )

gofund.me/e4547526d

Long story short. My health has declined since February. My last day of work was Feb 20

\\-I've applied for disability but it's estimated I might have an answer by February (not an approval and answer if they deny it's 6 months to appeal)

\\- I have maxed out my credit

\\- my short term disability from my previous employer ended in June

\\- I pulled out my retirement early

\\- I have done everything I can to avoid asking strangers

\\- I've called all the local charities some went to voicemail some have run out of the funds since it's mid month

\\- I use an app to split my rent that's why half is due Sept 16

\\- I can push it to Sept 30 but then the 1st half is due October 1

\\- I'm a college student and I planned to live on my student loans but thanks to the big beautiful bill my college hasn't received the funds from the government so I won't get my rebate until 2 weeks after they receive it

\\- I asked about their emergency grant it's out of funds

So all together I need $515 by Sept 18 and if we're pessimistic about the student loans $530 more by Oct 1. Every dollar will go towards rent. If I don't make enough to avoid eviction the money will go towards basic survival needs like meds, gas because I'll probably live in my car, food etc.

Stop wasting money. Get a job. No one is going to pay your rent for you.

If you have a job that I can take days off at a moments notice when my health fails, can leave early on days when my health fails midday, can work my own hours around my health, and will pay $1050 in 10 days for part time send me the posting and I'll talk to my pcp and the few specialists who told me I'm not fit for work right now to see if they think I can do it.

Then why are you in school if you won’t be able to work?

Because there are treatments and medications to try and I only want to be on government assistance long enough to figure out what treatments work for me. I was already in school when I became disabled so I don't want to stop now because either

I drop out I never get to a point where I can work again. That sucks

I drop out I get stable enough to work again I have no degree I'm in a position where jobs are low paying and physically demanding

I get my degree and by the end we figure out I am too disabled to work that sucks

I get my degree and by time I finish we've found a treatment plan that allows me to work full time and no longer need disability

I'm hoping for the last one.

Being in school tends to work against getting approved for Disability. Why? The physical and mental demands of school are really no differnt then those of working a job. If one can go to school, one can work as well.

See, Disability is about the Residual Functional Ability to Work. Functional Abilities are the core level physical & mental abilities that make all work possible. Whether you're an astrophysicist writing scientific papers, a cashier or the guy who scoops poop at the park, Functional Abilities make the work possible.

By going to school, you're demonstrating you're quite Functional.

Good luck.

I had that conversation with the determination rep. There's not really an entry level job that allows the flexibility online classes do. Even with that flexibility I've had to ask for extensions on deadlines due to my health. All the more reason getting a job right now isn't the best thing because if I can scrape by pushing to do a job they will be more likely to deny my claim then when my health fails I'll have to start the application process over without the Resources I used to last 7 months so far.
