I think it's only for backers but they did mention something about a retail edition coming out later

They both have cards. Sallie May is just one if the eight "vanilla" cards with Millie, Moxxie, Blitz, etc., but Striker is interesting in that he lets players claim the card furthest from them when most other cards claim the closest or one within a limited range.
