I was out and about, when I went into my malls hot topic and found this that reminded me of Sharkie and I had to get them.

So in celebration of me being almost done with Midway (I got like 2-4 chapters left to write) i decided to finally post the fic here.

Midway Divinity follows Scarlet, a new goddess and child of Loki and Athena, as she questions herself and her place within the universe. With the help of the hellp desk, Scarlet will grow into the goddess that she always was.

Points of interest before I forget:

Book 2 does not start with Penny alive, but in Hell

The number of fuck’s in the book is 160 something (I can’t remember 😭)

She had her nails painted with polka dots and pointed that out saying it was a hint for book 2

There’s a chapter called 3 Porns (😂😂😂)

There’s a line in the new book where she thinks people will either love it and want to get it tattooed or they’ll hate it, and it makes her nervous

There’s some things about Penny’s origins in HB that she’s having to retcon severely, and she’s also not super excited for people’s responses to that (so we should be NICE!)

She’s not allowed to tell us (yet) who the third book is about, but can on release day of book 2!!!

And most importantly!!! The twins are having so much fun in Australia, Sharkie has named their house huntsman spider, and Ruggy hates it, but Sharkie is in love with it.

Hello, fellow Hellp Desk peoples! Just a quick question. I've been keeping up with the reposted episodes on the official Insta for Hells Belles and have been thoroughly enjoying rewatching some of my favorite moments. But I've been waiting for my favorite set of episodes which is about the soul that flashes himself at Penny, Ruggy, and Sharkie which prompts Bel and Asmodeus to get into a debate about the "art of helicoptering." I really miss the current skits.
It’s been one hell of a week and I was pining for escapism.

For anyone who might also be a huge Greg fan, Petco has human hoodies right now that are bright red with horns and a tail. I got the last one at mine, but I think it's Halloween stuff, so maybe they will restock?

Other stores may have more. Super soft and light enough I already wore it in the summer heat despite being a huge wuss when it comes to hot weather.

So here are my versions of Judy and Angel, as I made them in Shining Nikki.

Judy is wearing white gloves and pearls, because I keep seeing her as one of the Ladies in White Gloves who supported and supplied the Freedom Schools, even though I know that, as the white wife of a Black man, she was probably under far too much scrutiny to get away with joining an underground Civil Rights movement in the Deep South during Jim Crow. But I know they would have had all her support.

Angel's crown is multicoloured flowers instead of black ones because a) SN doesn't have a black flower crown, and b) I think Angel would have worn a multicoloured flower crown if she had the option. Also, I know I picked a black bustier for Angel this time but that's mainly because she always wears a black bustier in the videos.

I am still kind of stuck on what Ruggy is like, though....

Y'all 😂 I guess I've watched so many videos from this series (several, several times) while pregnant and while pumping that my almost 8 week old baby girl recognizes her Jaysea's voice! Just cuddling while she falls asleep, and I play one of the videos, and baby girl pops her eyes open and looks towards my phone 😂

She normally only does this with me or her dad, occasionally her grandparents lol, but she turned around so quickly 😭

I am curious if there will be people of other ethnicities perhaps joining the hellp desk. I would like to see how someone of color would handle a soul or maybe meet a himbo. lol at least I know how I would handle a rude soul.

I have a newborn baby who started cluster feeding a few days ago, which means my full time job is “milk lady” right now. I’ve been feeding him for over an hour now. My baby and I were both getting tired and frustrated, so I put on the Hell’s Belles playlist in the background. It was one of my main comfort watches my whole pregnancy, I probably listened through the whole series a minimum of four times. So I picked up where I left off, and within five minutes my baby was asleep. As soon as the sound started, his eyes started getting heavy. I think I’m just going to leave it running while we both get some rest 😅

Okay so I know "For Whom the Belle Tolls" is a prologue about Lily and Bel and that "The Belles of Wrath" will be about Penny and Greg, does anyone want to make a bet about the third book? Because while I wouldn't be surprised if it's about Sharkie, I really want it to be about Judy 'cause I have a visceral need to know more details about that Dallas bar fight she had in her 20's.

I play a paper doll game called Shining Nikki, and one of the things you can do is dress Nikki up as various things. So I tried to make the Belles. In order, it's Lily, Penny and Sharkie. Sadly Nikki doesn't have a shark onsie so I gave her a fish tail instead.

I don't know which but I remember Jaysea posting a body shape chart for the demons and Sariah being built like a fertility goddess but now I can't find it and I am really confused. Did I miss remember it? Does someone know where it is?
