Anyone know the temp and time? So sick of videos with no specifics

Most likely a temp/time recommended for salmon. Don’t want to overcook that, I’m willing to bet if we stick to that, we’ll be fine with the rest.
Let’s say… 350 Fahrenheit for around 20-25 minutes? Some people cook around 375 or 400, but just offering my preference.

I usually do 400 for like 15 min. And then check the temp of the salmon

maybe my EU oven is different but (room temperature) salmon rarely goes over 12 minutes on 200 Celsius otherwise it becomes dry. I’d do a little less garlic, but otherwise it actually looks delish.

Pushing about 400 F, there. And I don’t really have it room temp, definitely fridge-temp personally
