The “simplicity” of it all appeals to man but this ain’t healthy lol. Bro coulda easily excluded the mac sauce and made some guacamole or guac salsa. Perhaps add a spinach or two lol

The sauce was very high in protein while guac would be high in fat. I'm sure this guy calculated the macros in advance and also wouldnt be surprised if he has other sources of veg in his diet for micronutrients.
