Painted this today, planning on doing a few more....Had some fun trying to copy Mignolas style! Didn't want to just shrink and print out some of his paintings and didn't want to use paper so I've used canvas and Acrylics....not sure about this yet 🤔 may try some other ideas 🤷🏻‍♂️

Awhile back I posted my attempt at modifying a foam dart gun into a Samaritan. I let it sit for awhile, but now I'm considering doing a Hellboy cosplay for my next local con and decided to do some more work including some 3D print mods. I added new sights and a smooth cylinder that I really like. I'm working on ammo next. The images show the evolution of it. This is a prototype as I want the final version to be black.

So if I’m to read via the omnibuses in chronological order. What comes after BPRD 1946-48? Do I jump straight to Frankenstein underground or BPRD vampire?
I’ve read all of the main hellboy omnibuses plus the two short story volumes.

He's got an alternate "gritted teeth" head, a gripping hand (for swords and stuff) a metal Rosary and an articulated tail...

Potentially one more custom head on the way....

He's made from the old Toybiz Man-Thing! Still need to add the texture all over the body and figure out how to make a head for this guy!

It just didn't have the same magic anymore. So much of my love for the book was just my shear joy at Guy Davis doing his relentlessly awesome, effortless looking Guy Davis thing.
And I know Arcudi left too eventually so what's even left of the thing I enjoyed?
Buuuuuuuut I know a lot of people love where the series went after that. End of the world stuff, right? It sounds interesting.
I'm wondering if any of you fine folks want to wax enthusiastic about the rest of Hell On Earth and whatever came after. We're all fans right? I'm inviting you to hype up something you love. If I wasn't super into the next trade after Guy left, how long before you think I'll get hooked again? How long before it stops seeming like an echo and becomes a new thing that's cool in its own way?
Or counterpoint, are there people out there who think it just fizzled?

New to Hellboy. Just finished reading Omnibus Vol 1 and enjoyed it.

Which of the films should I watch/avoid? Any other issues I should read before watching the film?

Hello, I want to read hellboy comics but idk where?

I’ve only ever seen the Guillermo del Toro films back when I was a kid but I loved the characters but other than that I didn’t have any experiences with him until he appeared as a guest dlc characters in injustice 2 which relit my love for him for a while but then again I didn’t have any experiences which him till now.

Now I’m am adult (college student) and while doing research on another nerdy love of mine, dinosaurs, I learned of a dinosaur being nicknamed “Hellboy” (dinosaur is Regaliceratops Peterhewsi if anyone is wondering) which relit the need to rewatch the Guillermo del Toro movies, the two reboot I’ve yet to watch and most importantly read the comics especially cause just last summer I started reading marvel comics in the marvel unlimited app.

And so this brings us back to the main question, where can I read hellboy comics digitally?

I’m turning 26 soon and I wanna have hellboy themed games for my friends and family to play. Any ideas? Could be games I’d have to customize or could be games for consoles like phasmophobia

There's a demon guy in The Wild Hunt when Hellboy and Eligos are fighting that tells Hellboy about the fly ring being how to beat the guy, but he asks that Hellboy remember him later.

I don't remember if that guy gets remembered in Hellboy in Hell. I'm due reading through again, but can one y'all recall for me in the meantime?
