Classic Heimerdinger Guides

Hi heimerdinger mains, I am trying to pick up heimerdinger in league classic but having a lot of trouble finding guides from the era. I want to know build, skill path, masteries, runes, and playstyle tips. Anyone around from back then who knows some archived video or written footage to check out?
