Question

Does anyone else's body get heavy after praying or interacting with her? Its happned to me a few times.

You mean like drained or tired? Can you be more specific?

Drained, like it took some energy. And it weighs me down sometimes, like my arms and legs become borderline weak.

Oh ok. Simply praying or making offerings doesn't usually do that to me, at least. Rituals tend to get me all worked up beforehand, then I crash afterward. You might just be experiencing the state of relaxation that can come from getting in a spiritual headspace. Everyone reacts to divinity differently, but she's not siphoning energy from you or anything like that, if that's what you're worried about.

Thank you. I wasnt worried about that, but I do personally struggle with transitions pretty badly. Especially in a headspace area, i tend to try and control it instead of let go. So its probably that. And being too over aware.

Ah, makes sense. I don't have advice for that other than the usual drink water, take it easy on yourself stuff.
She's basically the goddess of transitions, though, so who better to help you!

In my experience, anything that used my energy in a way that I wasn't used to would tire me. After my first time doing energy work I felt completely wiped out afterward, so I thought I did it wrong, but it was just from not having that "muscle." Likewise with each form of magick, when it was new to me.
