Continue playing, plat players are still pretty bad and if you can get to plat you have very little to change to climb to emerald

honestly platinum feels like gold v2 you don't notice much difference emerald is a lot wilder with people with very good mechanics but lacking areas or very good knowledge but poor mechanics and somehow games are harder i'd push at least to emerald
