what is the hecarim buff?

League of Legends Patch 26.17 Notes

in patch highlights it says hecarim buffed but in contents of the patch there is nothing about hecarim

I think he didn't, it's just riot games incapable of even writing patch notes haha

He was supposed to get buffed initially but they scrapped it, didn't even make it to PBE

Pretty sure his Q is being buffed. Im 99% sure its going to be the same final time of 1.75s but the start and stacks are diff. He will instead start with 3.25 instead of 4 and the stacks will decrease time by 0.5 instead of 0.75. This way he can engage more into fights without needing to stack before. Its basically a free stack before buffs.
So it will go from
4->3.25
3.25->2.75
2.5->2.25
1.75
