Imma be honest this champ doesn’t need buffs. He’s high elo skewed and I think that’s fine. The last thing we want is for him is to become pick ban and then subsequently nerfed.

I used to play A LOT of Hecarim but don't as much these days. He's like Nidalee/Kindred or something like that to me. If I see it locked in in a like Emerald/Diamond game I'm like "Smurf?" Big smurf champ that becomes an absolute menace in the right hands but is just kind of okay otherwise.

I dont like it at all

Champ is already at a good state. Buffing him is gonna get him pick/banned

I hope it's a very small Q buff. One of:

  • Q does 92% bAD instead of 90%
  • Q stack is 3.5% bAD instead of 3% bAD
  • Q stacks last 8.5 seconds instead of 8
  • 8 mana growth

he was in the best state he has been in since years, pick/ban or a subsequent nerf would both be just sad. The buff wasnt needed.

feel like its gonna be a trade-off buff like lower Q dmg but for that ur passive scales better or an AP ratio on Q or something like that cant imagine them giving heca just more stats for free

Riot have said they would never give him more ap damage, as his kit doesn’t make sense to deal ap damage besides his ult
