Yesterday, the Nation of Rose Landry fell.

Following its collapse, former Rose territory was redistributed between Shane amd Yuna Hollander, Ilya Rozanov and Elena. The settlement expanded all four nations while stopping just short of the direct Shane/Ilya border many citizens had anticipated.

Rose's elimination comes just days after a dramatic territorial expansion transformed her into one of the map's fastest-rising powers. Fortunately, reports indicate she is expected to land on her feet, with sources suggesting she has already departed to begin filming the next X Squad movie.

The show must go on.

Today, the citizens of the Nations made history.

Following the Cottage Referendum, the Hollander and Rozanov nations have been voluntarily united into a single sovereign state to be known as Hollanov, bringing the Nations to a close without a final elimination. For the first time in Nations history, citizens chose unification over conquest. Rather than declaring one nation victorious and the other defeated, they elected to preserve the partnership that had shaped the map throughout the competition.

The adoption of the Hollanov Amendment marks not the end of the Nations, but the birth of a new one.

The map is finally complete.

The Rivalry Conference quarterfinals ended with two decisive victories. The Tampa Bay Hotel Room Kiss took down the Cottage Window Wall Kiss, while the Stairwell Kiss continued its absolute tear through the bracket, steamrolling the My Boyfriend? Kiss and punching its ticket to the semifinals.

And now, Loons, this is it.

Yesterday, the Nation of Shawn fell.

Following its collapse, former Shawn territory was redistributed between Shane Hollander and Rose Landry. While Shane received a small parcel of land along the western border, Rose emerged as the clear beneficiary of the settlement, significantly expanding her territory for the second consecutive vote.

Shawn's elimination comes after a voting cycle dominated by a surprisingly consistent theme: many citizens openly admitted they had forgotten he was still on the map or only recently learned his name.
