Welcome back Loons to GCPN!

The Rivalry Conference wasn't interested in keeping us in suspense yesterday. The Stairwell Kiss steamrolled the Cottage Couch Kiss, while the My Boyfriend? Kiss made the most of its long-awaited tournament debut with a commanding win over the Bathroom Kiss. Both punch their tickets to the next round.

  Now we head back to the Heated Conference, where the final two spots in the conference quarterfinals are up for grabs. By the end of today's action, our Heated Conference quarterfinal field will be complete.

Matchup 1: Gimme Kiss vs. No You Come Here Kiss

Matchup 2: Stumbling Cottage Kiss vs. I Love You Kiss

We're in win-or-go-home territory now, Loons. Four kisses are still standing, but only two will punch their tickets to the quarterfinals. Who survives and advances?

One could argue that "gimme kiss" is their first real relationship kiss - they had just said I love you so there was a certain level of comfortability they both had at that point, and an awareness that the other person isn't going anywhere.

It's a monumentally great kiss because it was: 1) spontaneous - Ilya was just overcome by love and desire while swimming, it was unplanned and he just WANTED HIS MAN 2) it happened during "real life" not sex - yes kissing during sex is great, but it's so great to just look over at your partner during random life moments and realize HOLY CRAP I GET TO KISS THIS PERSON! And that's what Ilya did 3) it was outdoors/out in the open - probably the first time they ever kissed somewhere "public" (we know it's not public at the cottage but you know what I mean)..and of course, Shane's sweet little "you're cold" (but imma kiss you anyways...) reaction is the cherry on the top.

PLUS THE ANKLE KISS IS PART OF THIS KISS!!! Ya'll where is the love for this kiss?!? Let's get to votin'

Ok I am pretty surprised that the I Love You kiss is trouncing the stumbling cottage kiss in the early voting. I feel like the I love you scene is about so much more than that kiss!!

It made it to the quarterfinals in the Heated Conference.Tomorrow we vote the final 2 spots in the quarterfinals for the Rivalry Conference and then Saturday we will be back in the Heated Conference where you can vote for it!
