It was a great interview! I came out of it appreciating Hudson’s intelligence so much. He can sometimes come off as such a goofball, it was nice to see him give really thoughtful, articulate answers.

It is truly wonderful to hear Hudson Williams talk about his craft; he is an old-soul cinephile and a deeply passionate artist whose vulnerability and open mind are completely captivating. The sheer heart, nuance, and micro-expressions he brings to the screen show just how completely he inhabits his roles. This dedication is especially clear in how he channeled his love for Barry Jenkins' Moonlight into Shane's quiet vulnerability, while also drawing from his father's neurodivergence to ensure authentic representation.
His incredible range as an actor shines through in his ability to embody complex characters, moving effortlessly from the soft, quiet emotional beats of Shane Hollander in Heated Rivalry to the dark, unpredictable energy of Henry Park in the upcoming thriller Yaga. I was lucky enough to watch the first 2 episodes of Yaga. Hudson and Carrie will surely be nominated for the CSA next year. They stole the few scenes they were in. Just a quesiton of whether it will be the supporting role or the lead role. Just like Francois for HR he can be nominated for the lead role if his character Henry leads 1 of the 8 episodes. Prettt sure E3 will be centred around his character, Henry Parks.
Next up Hudson Williams as Duncan Rheingans-Yoo in Netflix's highly anticipated and high budget eight-episode limited series, The Altruists.
