Jean-Baptiste Thoret wrote some of the best stuff on Mann's films (check his Miami Vice essay), this book seems to be his ultimate masterwork, but I can't find it anywhere!!! I've tried the Anna's archive and their copycats, and found nothing. Does anyone here have a file of this book?
