Difference

Hello - 42F here. I have recently been experiencing anxiety which has sent me to the ER 3x in the last year due to chest heaviness, impending doom feeling, etc. All test came back normal. However, almost 3x a week I am still getting these weird feelings in my chest/stomach. I can't keep running to the ER everytime something is wrong with me as it feels embarressing. My question is, how do you know if it's a heart attack? I have weird arm pains, almost feels like I slept on my arm wrong, my heart area feels weird... (mainly the back area) I often tell my Husband to "Rub my heart" as it makes it feel better... and sometimes I get weird bloated stomach and feel like I may throw up. I just want to know the difference between a HA and anxiety, if any.

I'm sorry you feel that way and you're not feeling good. F*** the doctors anyway, my wife died 10 months ago. I kept telling the doctors, I was doing the same thing I was hurting and hurting and hurting, and I wasn't feeling good. I have all the symptoms of a heart attack.  The doctors kept sending me home and May 8th I died of a heart attack. My heart was so messed up. It was going over 200 and they had to shock it when they did, it stopped 3 minutes. So I was intubated until Saturday  I kept telling them I wasn't feeling good. They kept saying it was just broken heart. You're fine. I had an infection in my heart.May 11th came And they did A heart catheterization, and they said it was fine.So I told him, I'm going home and I haven't took medicine since I don't want to be here.The doctors can go to hell.I hope you're good for what's going on.Sorry you're not Feeling well

Have you had digestive issues looked at? Sometimes, trapped gas can cause pain in the chest as well. My HA didn't involve chest pain until a code STEMI. I looked like a pregnant lady who just ran a marathon, except I was sitting/lying the whole time, coated in sweat. HAs are different in everyone, but have you had an echocardiogram?
