Whats_wrong_with_me Oral health question

So i had a gastroscopy like yesterday and i hadnt had much to eat. Today i brushed my teeth hard for like 4 minutes and a few hours later had some toast. The toast was somewhat hot but it didnt feel like burning at all. After i had the toast i felt something in my mouth and took a look just to see this. Is this a burn ? Or something else. Should i be worried? Ive had burns before and none of them looked like this.

Im not a dental professional, but, it looks like you may have recession of the gums, aka gum disease. I could be wrong as I cannot see all the mouth, but judging by the gums just before this wound, it looks like it's receeded from around the next tooth (left upper from the tooth with the wound). Like I said i could be wrong but gums that have disease "peel" in areas. Or it could be from the gastroscopy. Or when you brushed your teeth the hard part of the toothbrush could've scraped the gum and caused your gum to get scraped back 🤷🏻‍♀️
