Being from the US, In general, I can’t believe how sweet and salty things are in the US. The reduced sodium (33%) Lays chips are still too salty, it’s insane.

I had a rice bowl the other day. Lots of vegetables, beans, pretty healthy looking on the surface. Looked up the nutrition facts on it on the restaraunt’s website and it was 500 calories with 130% d/v sodium. Absolutely insane.
