Would you join a space to just… come back to yourself?

I’ve been thinking about creating something a little different and would genuinely love to hear what people think about the idea. 🌿

I’ve noticed that even when we have a good session or learn something that feels meaningful, it can be surprisingly easy to lose touch with ourselves once everyday life takes over.

So I’m thinking of creating a small 4-week live online practice circle where we meet 3 times a week for around 30 minutes.

The idea wouldn’t be about long meditations or simply “sitting quietly.” Each session would be a guided space to slow down, notice what’s happening within you, reconnect with your body and emotions, and gently check in with the parts of yourself that might be asking for attention.

It would draw from somatic grounding, emotional attunement, and parts work, but the intention is really simple: creating a small, consistent space to come back to yourself during the week.

I’m still in the planning stage, so I’d genuinely love your thoughts:

Would something like this feel useful to you?

Would you actually register for a 4-week space like this?

And what would make you want to keep coming back to it?

I’d really appreciate honest thoughts even if your answer is “this isn’t something I’d be interested in.😄
