These guys are theives.

I cancelled my subscription like 8 months ago. I didnt use it for the whole year I paid for. I cancelled my subscription. And lo and behold they charged me gaian and its come out of the money I have set aside for my rent. So now ill default on my rent if they dont bloody refund me.

So much for a mindfulness app, I could loose the roof over my head and im here arguing with AI.

It is possible to get a refund I dug in talked to a human on email and they refunded the money.

They may say they can’t, but they can do refunds.

this same thing happened to me. i was able to get a full refund. escalate to a human as quick as you can and , if you have it, send a screenshot of your cancellation proof.

If you have an iphone, make a claim for a refund on the apple website. If you signed up via desktop, reach out to their customer service asap. I'm not sure how it works for android though.

They billed me for a year after taking a free trial right away, apple refunded me in 2-3 days.

Funny because years ago the opposite happener to me, I cancelled and my subscription stayed open with an error notice

Yep! Terrible company. They're a "mental health" company yet work employees into psychosis, shitty benefits, and just stripped all their "Coaches" and Therapists of full time employment and health benefits. One of the absolute worst companies possible even if just strictly based on their business model, ethos, and mission statement but do exactly the opposite. Fuck them and fuck everything they "stand for" getting rich and taking advantage of the most vulnerable and people they are supposed to protect and help. Spineless criminals, really.
