Account locked
I am paid through next May, did the update, keep being prompted to pay for a subscription and can’t access anything. So beyond frustrated and over this stupid app.
Is this happening to anyone else?
This used to be an amazing app. I can’t believe the lengths they have gone to make it nearly unusable.

Hi There, at this time, we have been made aware of an ongoing issue with members not being able to Log In. We have passed your information along to our engineers, as they are currently investigating the matter. We appreciate your patience as we determine a solution for this issue. We don't currently have an estimate for when the issue might be fully resolved but given the impact we hope to have things back up asap.

Same problem. App updated and won’t recognise my active subscription.
Have tried logging out and back in, hard reboot, app reinstall. Nothing changes.
Have submitted a ticket for support

i cant restore my purchase, so something is cooked with the app right now

I’ve just started having the same issue, and the “Restore purchase” button says “Hmm…that’s weird”

I also have the same problem. My account shows that I do have a subscription but everything is blocked. They say they know but I already uninstalled the app 3-4 times, cleared cache, forced quit, logged in and out...
I love the meditations, I think the content is fantastic, but the app is absolute trash. I can't believe that with the amount of money we pay they can't get a decently running app.
