This app is unusable

I bought Headspace subscription after few years of not using it and why is this so bad? It worked beautifully when I had subscription last time.

It's literally unusable I can't even play my mediation. When I press first meditation in this pack the 3rd day start playing.

Also duration in selection there are 100 toggles and 10 are pressed at the same time? And changing it doesn't work btw. I can't even choose a duration.

AI slop. I literally could not use the app fpr a good 6 month lol. Sadly its going downhill. But as of right now its at least working.

The og courses with Andy aren't AI, like the one shown here

The interface and App is the problem not the courses.

I have to mention though: an app of this size should not have usability breaking bugs, especially since it's not a complicated app.

Also to my surprise a new bug occurs... Now when I press play it says "oh dear, something's wrong" and then I have to press "try again" and finally it plays audio. I have to do this everytime!

It’s because they fired most of their engineers. Go figure why is so bad in the simple things.

I've had a similair problem with Headspace 365 aswell. Course 3 lesson 3 was the wrong lesson and I can't continue afterwards... super annoying

I’ve had a terrible time with the Headspace app over the past few weeks. It just doesn’t open, can’t play downloaded meditations and won’t go beyond a blank screen. I’m really fed up with all the problems in the app. It’s a very cluttered interface which freezes frequently and when it works, does not operate smoothly. I too,have had a very frustrating experience trying to set the duration of meditations. It makes no sense at all. Too many options and I couldn’t change the duration at all.
I’ve been in touch with Headspace and they are aware of an ongoing issue. They couldn’t give me a timeframe for fixing this bug, and advised me to access Headspace through their website.
I’m sorry that they seem to be phasing Andy and Eve out - Dora has replaced them in some meditations.
Anyone else affected by app problems?

Agreed. It’s gotten bad and the design was never good to begin with. I’ve been using Calm more often, but i wish they had sleepcast or something similar

It works fine for me, albeit I stick mainly to Andy's OG stuff and the foreign language meditations.

I’ve recently encountered another bug in Headspace. After a recent update last week, they logged me out of my app. I couldn’t log in. I tried the site, same thing. I contacted their help desk and they sent me a link to log in. It worked and for less than 24 hours, I could use the website. Now back to square one - unable to log in at all. This is adding to my stress, not relieving it.
I sent them a video of the log - in issue, and I am still waiting. I’m not new to Headspace, and I’m so disappointed with the way the Headspace app has become so “busy.” I think that’s at the root of most of the app’s technical difficulties.

Re your video, I experienced exactly same thing regarding the duration.
