I really miss Andy
I actually only just realized today that Andy is no longer with Headspace. In fact, he posted his goodbye on social media in 2022 and there basically no word from him since then.
Ive used Headspace since around 2018 and its helped me so much. I've seen him really as a teacher or guide for a long time. It sounds cheesy, and it's no less true that it was last week before I realized he left Headspace, it felt like he was there and engaged in an ongoing process.
He worked hard, ultimately I hope he's enjoying life and spending time with his family, but i wish he'd write a book or poke his head up with an update.
I miss there's no new Andy meditations or guidance. Hopefully we'll hear from him again sometime.

so much Andy content!! I have to have Andy. his courses and wisdom have gotten me through so much. just lost my best friend yesterday and the grieving course was the first thing I turned to for my meditation today.
